We are Almira and Kalbi, sisters with a passion for our Uyghur heritage, brought a slice of our culture to Menlo Park in the form of delectable, homestyle cooking. Arriving in the U.S. over a decade apart, we swapped a limo service for a cozy eatery, pouring our hearts into dishes that wrap our diners in a warm embrace of the spice and tradition of Central Asia.

Inspired by a love for exceptional food and a commitment to hospitality, Mrs Khan Uyghur Cuisine opened its doors in September 2022 with a mission to redefine gastronomy in Silicon Valley. From the first spark of an idea to the meticulous planning and the joyous day of welcoming our first patrons, every step of our story is woven with dedication and creativity.
