We are Almira and Kalbi, sisters with a passion for our Uyghur heritage, brought a slice of our culture to Menlo Park in the form of delectable, homestyle cooking. Arriving in the U.S. over a decade apart, we swapped a limo service for a cozy eatery, pouring our hearts into dishes that wrap our diners in a warm embrace of the spice and tradition of Central Asia.
